Soldiers carried pastries during their marches to satisfy their hunger, and they became indispensable supplies during wartime. Later, as times changed and peace arrived, pastries gradually moved from the military camps to the civilian population, becoming beloved delicacies in people's daily lives. In Taiwan, pastries have integrated into the local cultural characteristics and become essential foods for various festivals and gatherings.  II. Brand The name "Taiqing" implies celebration and blessings for Taiwan. This beautiful land of Taiwan has rich culture and history. We hope to convey the beauty and characteristics of Taiwan through the brand "Taiqing". III. Corporate Philosophy Our company is committed to producing high-quality pastries. We not only pursue deliciousness but also pay attention to health. We are aware that traditional pastries may have problems with excessive oil and sugar, so our mission is to create nutritious, delicious, and healthy pastries through innovative production methods, combining the concept of healthy medicinal cuisine, and using high-quality ingredients such as dried tangerine peel and jujube.
